Metal treatments

Surface treatments for every protection and finishing need: shot blasting, galvanizing, electroplating and coating for durable metal structures ready for any environmental condition.

Shot blasting

A perfectly clean surface is the first guarantee of long-term durability, without the risk of coating detachment or premature corrosion caused by inadequate surface preparation.

Shot blasting removes rust, oxides and processing residues, creating the ideal conditions for the adhesion of subsequent coatings.

Hot-dip galvanizing

For structures exposed to atmospheric agents, hot-dip galvanizing means long-lasting protection and minimal maintenance. The molten zinc layer completely envelops the component, protecting it from corrosion even under the harshest conditions. For the customer, this translates into structures that remain reliable over time, lower future maintenance costs, and the peace of mind of relying on a proven treatment for heavy fabrication, load-bearing structures and walkways designed to last for decades.

Cold electrolytic galvanizing

This is the ideal technical solution for components with tight tolerances, threads or moving parts, where dimensional precision is an essential requirement. The customer receives a part that is protected from corrosion and compliant with the design from the very first piece, with no rework or surprises during assembly, and a uniform finish that also meets the most specific aesthetic requirements.

Powder coating

Electrostatic application of powders, followed by curing in an oven (180-200°C), produces a solvent-free coating, with consistent thickness even on complex geometries and superior mechanical, chemical and UV resistance compared to traditional liquid systems. This is a technology that combines performance and sustainability, thanks to the recovery of excess powder and the absence of solvent emissions. For the customer, this translates into components that retain their appearance and protection over time, significantly reducing maintenance work, with the freedom to choose from a wide range of colours and finishes for every need.

Liquid painting

Spray application opens up a range of paint product families — alkyd, epoxy, polyurethane — selectable based on chemical resistance, film flexibility or UV resistance. This versatility makes liquid painting an ideal choice even on already assembled components or on geometries where powder coating reaches its limits. For the customer, this means a tailor-made treatment, calibrated to the component's real operating conditions, with a level of aesthetic finish that makes the difference on light fabrication, visible panelling and technical components intended to remain visible in the finished product.
